Once you’ve arrived at Paradisio Ho’o Kumu, a stunning oceanfront property located in Poipu, you will never want to leave! Paradisio Ho’o Kumu is a rare gem, a spot where time is forgotten and the rhythm of the ocean and warm trade wind breezes fill and nurture your soul. Escape from the world to the Garden Isle in this home of large covered lanais with an infinity pool plus Jacuzzi, complete with a fully equipped office.

This luxurious home sleeps 10, features tastefully decorated comfortable bedrooms (air conditioning in bedrooms only), and a dining room where you will be hypnotized by the sound of the surf and the colors of the water. Everyone in the group will be at ease in the 3 king beds, 1 queen, and 1 set of twins. On the scenic Poipu coastline, this Kauai residence offers a grand modern kitchen, separate wet bar and BBQ lanai on over a 1/4 acre, complete with fragrant gardens, manicured lawns and unobstructed sunsets. Should you want to venture out, you are minutes from some of Kauai’s best snorkeling and surf spots, celebrity golf courses, award winning restaurants and a variety of shopping locations. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

This property includes beach chairs, beach towels, a cooler and umbrella. Please feel free to call us if any of these items are missing during your stay.

Beautiful home, great view, great location. There was a little noise sometimes from the adjacent park and beach but it was not a serious problem. The Garden Island staff were great.

This rental was above and beyond. We had such a wonderful time staying in it. Very well maintained. Everything you need to cook/eat with/etc.<br/>Beautiful views. I've always dreamed of swimming in a pool, literally feet from the ocean, with nothing but wide open space to get lost in the moments. It was an added bonus that we got to watch Spouting Horn from the backyard as well. PERFECT vacation stay! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

This house was truly PARADISO.I am 90 and I have Traveled quite extensively but Have Had a house so beautifully appointed or completely stocked with everything you can imagine. Located in a great Local on the Island of Kauai with an ocean Lapping at your pool backyard .<br/>Going to bed at night with Ocean breezes in your bedroom and the sound of the Ocean was extremely relaxing.<br/>

<br/>Paradisio was the perfect place for our joyous family reunion. The house is perfectly situated with stunning ocean views of the sunrise and sunset. All the rooms are spacious and well appointed. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. I would return again in a heartbeat.

The house is beautiful with very comfy beds and well appointed kitchen and amenities. One thing that was a surprise is the main living areas of the house are not air conditioned, only the bedrooms. But there are plenty of fans. It is a great location, you have the rolling ocean right in front of you, a beach park right next door and snorkeling calm waters across the small street. You also have views of spouting horn from the back yard. We had a wonderful time and would recommend to anyone! The only reason for the 4 stars is that the pool was not available to us due to maintenance 4 of the 7 days we were there, and having to deal with issues like that in a big expensive vacation is not something anyone looks forward to. However I think it was a one off and would still recommend this property.

The rental process was very easy. The minute you walk through the door, you are greeted with stunning views of the ocean. The house is beautiful and the open concept kitchen/dining/living area was perfect for our large family. The pool and hot tub were a nice break from the beach. We were close to shopping and restaurants but still had privacy on this secluded spot. The bedrooms were large and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

As soon as we stepped into Paradisio Ho'o Kumu we knew we had made a perfect choice for our family vacation! The setting is absolutely spectacular, with an expansive living area and kitchen looking out onto the most perfect deck, yard and then the best ocean view in Kauai! There were days that we never even left the property! Love it & hope to return often!

We arrived after dark, the home was absolutely beautiful and we thought we may wake up to something special as we could hear and see the crashing waves just in front of the property. Morning came and sure enough, the views were stunning. We have rented many homes through the years but this property is hands down the most beautiful, well maintained, well stocked and private we have ever seen. The view is unparalleled, the sound of the crashing waves was extremely calming. We had one small maintenance issue and the handyman was there within hours to fix it! The home itself is stocked with plenty of pool towels, paper products, kitchen supplies and the beds are comfortable. We were visiting for a wedding and had my 85 year old aunt and 83 year old mother with us. Both need assistance with walking and this home had plenty of handrails (even getting in the pool) which allowed us to relax a bit more. We are so happy this family has decided to share the beauty of their home with visitors. If I had the option to give this one 6 stars I would!

The rental house is everything one could have expected. Great view with great ocean-side pool. <br/> Spacious, well appointed, well stocked with basics, clean and clearly accommodates 10-12 people with ease. I recommend it highly - not on the low cost side but well worth it. Only thing missing is the sandy beach immediately below the pool along the ocean, but it was not promised or expected. Lots of nearby beaches to enjoy. Only issue we had were the small nats/fleas that apparently came in from the outside when doors/screens were opened which tended to bite the kids. Overall a wonderful successful family stay. I would recommend it.

The pictures truly showcased a classy, entertaining and inviting residence. The views out every window was just breathtaking, You can even watch Spouting Horn from the backyard. The pool was so relaxing and a favorite place for us all to congregate, along with the wine bar! The management was easy to contact when we had a question. Snorkeling at nearby Poipu Beach Park was just perfect-lots of tropical fish and turtles to see. Favorite nearby restaurants were Keoki's, Brenneke's, and Duke's (in Lihue). I highly recommend this fabulous place.
