Description

On the Garden Isle of Kauai, footsteps from a crescent shaped, white sand beach know as Baby Beach, is the appropriately named Baby Beach Bungalow. Although brilliantly nestled amidst lush tropical landscaping, you also enjoy the beautiful Poipu blue water views from the kitchen, living room, and covered lanai complete with dancing dolphins and breaching whales when in season. This two bedroom, two bath bungalow in Poipu is recently refurnished, fully quipped and has high speed wireless internet access. While this bungalow gives you a relaxing Kauai get-a-way, it is also close to Poipu’s many attractions. Sunny Poipu offers some of the best beaches, sites, golfing, shopping, and dining experiences on Kauai and just minutes from your front door!

Baby Beach Bungalow II is a darling home directly across from Baby Beach. You’ll love the gorgeous garden; the bungalow is equipped with everything you need and more. As an added bonus several sweet cats hang out on the lanai, and the owner provides food if you wish to feed them.

My family and I absolutely loved baby bungalow #2. It was clean, cozy and had everything we needed and more! The lanai was our favorite part. We loved sitting outside watching the waves and playing with the cats. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My older kids would go to the beach on their own. I highly recommend the property. The property owners are super responsive with any questions. Absolutely one of our favorite vacation spots!

Second time staying at Baby Beach Bungalow #2. we love the location. We used to stay at Kushiro Shores before we found this place. So am any great extras with everything you need from spices, to games, to barbecue.....let alone outside cats to feed! There were some downsides this time which are out of your control but will mention. The CONTRUCTION across the street was noisy, dirty and off putting. The street is narrow and had not just pick trucks but large construction trucks, skip loaders and such. The first couple of days noise started early 7:00. The last several days the big equipment and noise not bad as it was more inside work. The workers were nice and respectful but all the people trying to find parking for beach and getting jammed up. Roosters seem a little more annoying keeping us from sleep. I think a bit overpopulated lately? The next door sprinkler system would go off at 4:30 AM for 15 minutes under bedroom window. That could maybe be fixed unlike construction. We were probably there during the bad time when big equipment was used.....maybe digging out huge area for pool,couldn’t tell as behind lava wall but major. We will be back and hopefully construction done, roosters aren’t as many, and sprinkler next door comes on at 6:30 or 7:00. Maybe somehow people could be notified that construction is occurring ahead of time? Oh also thanks to cleaning staff who let us know at check time we could stay longer and relax while they cleaned place across street first. Wish we had known a little earlier as all stuff packed and couldn’t get dirty, wet etc. but at least we could relax and read as our flight wasn’t until 10:00 PM so had the day to kill. Thanks you to them. We will be back Mahalo

Immaculate cottage that is fully equipped with everything! Steps from the beach so you can walk to the sunset every evening! Heavenly bed in the master where you can fall asleep hearing the surf.

We had amazing access to Baby Beach...just steps away from the front porch. Loved the kitties and location of the house. Kitchen was well stocked and house had almost everything I could think of to make our stay super comfortable. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

We loved the bungalow! It was spotlessly clean, had every amenity we would have wanted, and was a just right size for our family of four with two kids. The location can't be beat - quiet street and right across from Baby Beach, and easy access to other areas. Fantastic hosts and communication and service.

We love our stay! Kids explored creatures and fishes in the morning (10 feet to the sand and 30 feet to the water during low tide). Then we ventured out after lunch, Poipu beach, Kauai coffee farm and into the mountain at Kalalau lookout. We cook everyday for breakfast and dinner while kids were playing with cats outside, or checking insects, flowers and fruits around. Perfect stay with our family!

The bungalow had everything.....off street parking, outside shower, beautiful protected beach safe for kids. Very quiet street, excellent bedding,towels, fully stocked kitchen, front covered patio, with BBQ. Location perfect walking distance to best snorkel area Popui and best restaurant Beach House. Great early morning runs to Spouting Horn. I would recommend this to anyone who is going to Kauai in fact already have.

This is a very nice, clean, charming little house. It is just steps from a small, sheltered beach that is perfect for the littlest swimmers (hence Baby Beach). There is a reasonably good snorkeling reef just a couple blocks along, and the house has snorkeling gear and beach stuff on the back porch. There is private parking in back and the kitchen is well-stocked. All good. But the main attraction is the population of cats that hang out on the porches, especially the little black kitten that has made it his home.

We&#x2019;ve stayed many times at Baby Beach Bungalow II. It&#x2019;s always great and each time is better than the last. One of the reasons we frequently return is that we have complete confidence in the owner&#x2019;s and manager&#x2019;s thoughtfulness and accessibility. In the past year, the owner added a gorgeous array of orchids to the front yard, plus new bedroom furniture and a hot and cold outside shower. During our two weeks, we spent many enjoyable breakfasts and dinners on the front lanai, often sharing the lanai with the resident outside cats. The lovely beach is just across the road and is never too crowded. The bungalow is famously equipped with everything you need. We look forward to returning!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this great bungalow. The location was perfect to see beautiful sunsets or lounge on the beach and watch peaceful sea turtles sleeping on the sand. The owner truly has thought of everything to make sure that her guests are comfortable. We cooked almost every day in the well stocked kitchen and sipped mai tais on the lanai. The neighborhood is friendly and close to shops. We would love to return to Baby Beach Bungalow II!

We have now rented this property twice in five years, staying a week each time. This home has no comparison. It is the most ideal place in the most ideal location, and reflects an owner who genuinely appreciates and welcomes her guests. (We hope to return again soon.) As a side benefit, each evening near sunset thousands of parakeets return to the neighborhood to roost for the evening. It's a quite spectacular event to behold. Add to it (this trip) spinner dolphin in view off shore as well as sea turtles resting on Baby Beach just across the street. We loved out stay at BBB2.

This house has EVERYTHING you need to enjoy your vacation! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure she thought of everything! We cooked many meals and even baked. The pantry was stocked with spices and other staples. The sunset from baby beach was incredible. You can access the beach right across the street from the house. Can't wait to go back!

We had our extended family on Kauai for Christmas and New Years so I rented the Bungalow as it was next door to my house. We have two granddaughters age 9 and 13 who just cried when they had to leave. The house was not only clean and on the perfect location, it was also thoughtfully stocked with more goodies than you could think of. The pantry is stocked and so are the other kitchen necessities. <br/>The best part was Baby Beach directly across the street making it so easy for beach time whenever the mood hit. We especially liked walking across the street and night to lay on the beach and watch the stars. The feral kitties that live on the street were my youngest daughter&#x2019;s joy. <br/>Baby Beach Bungalow was a perfect choice for my family vacation.
