Located just steps away from the world famous Poipu Beach and Brennecke’s Beach on Kauai’s sunny South Shore, Lei Hali’a is ready to help you create lasting vacation memories from this island paradise. From the spacious and comfortable outdoor living space provided, you may experience dolphins, sea birds, seasonal whales and sea turtles or enjoy a home cooked meal and some unforgettable sunsets and tropical evenings.

Lei Hali’a offers 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and 2 half baths. Built with privacy in mind, there is a master bedroom located on each floor of the home. Beautifully decorated in an elegant island style, this home is equipped with all of the amenities you will need for a fabulous vacation. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking utensils and appliances needed to prepare some island grinds. Too hot outside? Both bedrooms have A/C as well as the downstairs living room for your comfort. There is even a laundry room and spacious walk-in closet in case you over packed!

You’ll also find plenty of fun near the home with shopping centers, fine dining and live entertainment nearby or just stay in, relax and enjoy all that Lei Hali’a has to offer. 2 King beds. Sleeper sofa downstairs (queen).

If you have a group larger than 5, you may want to rent Lei Halia's sister, Leipiha ke Aloha, which can sleep 5 and is located on the same plot of land. Perfect for a mini family reunion or multi-generational getaway!

Lei Hali'a was a gem! Fabulous location, view, amenities and comfort! Kitchen was very well appointed for 2 senior couples who love to cook. Views from every room. A couple items needed attention while we were there for 3 weeks and Garden Island was all over them. Thanks especially to Chela for taking such good care of us!!

A group of 9 family members stayed in Poipu for the holidays and this house (home to 4 adults) was our central hub. What a fabulous location, layout, and assistance! The house was immaculate and well suited to our intergenerational family dynamic, and the location next to the beach was so fun and handy. We could have easily had a few kids stay here if needed, but thankfully only had the crew over for dinners on the big lanai. The house was probably the best equipped kitchen of any rental we've ever had in more than 10 years of these types of gatherings, and the management group was on top of everything - from our arrival and questions, so special requests. I would HIGHLY recommend this group and this property to families looking for an amazing Poipu experience.

This is a great house, one of the closest to Brenecke and Poipu beach. Great outdoor lanai and upper deck, wonderful people watching. There is a path in front of the house that goes to the beach in one direction, and to Shipwreck beach and the Grand Hyatt resort in the other direction. Two very comfortable king bedroom suites. We would definitely stay here again. Do know that the BBQ is in the garage, and not on lanai.

The house was a block from the beach. Great view. Quiet. Very clean and nicely decorated. We had a problem with the safe not working in the house and they came very quickly and opened it for us and gave us a key. Nicely stocked with everything you need. We used the beach chairs and cooler on our visit to the many beaches. You can't go wrong with this beautiful home.

We loved Lei Hali'a in Koloa on Poipu Beach. The property was beautifully appointed. Everything about it was comfortable. Two large master suites with walk in closets. Two decks with perfect views of the ocean and kitchen was amazing kitchen. Everything was clean and well maintained grounds. The location can't be beat and the management were very helpful. We hope to stay here again.

The house was great, well equipped, lots of space and bathrooms! We cooked several meals and the house was lacking nothing.<br/><br/>The close proximity to the beach is ideal. No getting into the car to go swimming and snorkeling. You can even walk to the store.<br/><br/>We really appreciated the a/c as one night was quite warm.

This home was absolutely perfect for 2 couples! 2 master suites, a well equipped kitchen, plenty of room to lounge, & great view of the water & crashing waves. We especially loved the lanai & spent much of our time @ the house out there. A wonderful retreat, we loved our stay!

We stayed at Lei Hali'a during our visit to Kauai and could not have been more pleased. Two master suites was perfect for the 4 of us, with plenty of room to spare. The house was beautiful and stocked with everything we needed for our visit. The house is in a quiet location, just steps away from Brennecke's Beach, which is a great spot to watch the sunset. I recommend watching the sunrise on the cliffs at Shipwrecks beach, which is just a short walk away as well. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful property just a half block from the beach. The house was clean, well appointed, and in the best location. We loved sitting on the lanai upstairs with our coffee in the morning looking out over the beautiful ocean view. The house had everything we needed. We would love to come back again!

Fantastic new construction rental house in a fantastic location! Myself, my wife, and our 3 kids stayed here this June (2021) and thoroughly loved our experience. We have stayed in Poipu before, but this house takes the cake. Ocean views from both levels, spacious, beautiful lanai on the main level and bar-type balcony on the upper level. Plenty of bathrooms and AC in the bedrooms and main floor. The kitchen was fully equipped and there are beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, noodles, etc. for use. The beaches and great snorkeling is within walking distance, and many restaurants are within a few minutes walk or drive. You can&#x2019;t go wrong with this rental property!

Stated exactly like the listing description, this lovely home is steps away from the beach, was very comfortable, and had all amenities one could ask for. This home had an abundance of space for my husband and I. Two living room areas and two master suites. The location was perfect, we watched the sunsets daily, took morning walks around the area, did the hiking trail literally right outside the front door, and could literally live here forever! Best rental property we've ever stayed in.

With two master suites, this house was more than enough space for me and my wife. Layout was great and location was perfect- just steps from the beach and close to shopping, dining, and daily adventures. Beautiful views of the beach throughout the house. House was immaculate and had boogie boards, snorkel masks, pool noodles, beach chairs- anything you could ask for! Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! The home is newly built so everything is new and clean. It was obvious that there was a tremendous amount of attention to detail in the design, quality of construction, design and selection of all the furnishings. Everything that we needed with there in the house... beach chairs, kitchen stuff, towels, visitor literature, instructions for everything. Layout and functionality were excellent. The pictures say it all about the location and condition and usability of the house... steps to the beach, unobstructed ocean views, short walk to Brennecke's and Kalapaki Joe's and shortly longer walk to shopping, Starbucks and other restaurant options. Many beaches also walking distance and hotel dining options. Poipu is our favorite part of Kauai but there is easy access to the rest of the island. All interactions with the management team and the owner/builder were fast and friendly. Highly recommended for considerate renters.
