In the event a tsunami is detected as probable by the Pacific Tsunami Warning Center, the Office of Emergency Preparedness of the County of Kauai will make the same known by sirens. Please evacuate Poipu in accordance with the evacuation plan provided to you prior to taking occupancy or that is located in the Guest Information Guide on property. We had the best time in Kauai! The house was a major part of that time. It was everything as described and better. It was close enough and far enough away that we didn't feel harassed by anything. There were 6 of us and we had space to spare. We had such a good time spent out on the deck each and every morning having breakfast, chatting and ending our days of exploring. The golf course was a source of entertainment, listening to and watching the Roosters walk thru the yard everyday was fun. It was worth every penny, and we would all stay at Hale Lani again in a heartbeat.

My family stayed for several weeks in Hale Lani. With 4 bedrooms, all of which are individually air conditioned, we all enjoyed the very large, spacious and open bueatiful house. Relaxing outside on the large lanai on the quaity 18 hole regulation golf course was like being in a park setting. This was our fifth stay in properties managed by Garden Island Rentals, and the staff always have treated us as family.

The location in a quiet neighborhood with views of the ocean and mountains was so convenient because it was close to shopping, restaurants, excursions, and, of course, the beach! We were a group of three families with three kids so the bedroom arrangement worked out perfectly for us. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the kids run around on the grass, watching our partners golf, BBQing, and just hanging out. The house, itself, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The kitchen was well-equipped with a lot of cookware, utensils, dishes, etc. The washer and dryer were also a bonus and the beach towels and beach chairs were great! I especially appreciated the responsiveness of the management company who answered my questions quickly. We definitely would like to return to Hale Lani!

My trip for my 70th birthday was a dream come true. Our home was the dream I had hoped for! Each guest had a huge room and each couple had a private bath. The living area and kitchen are huge. It was a fantastic home.

I cannot say enough about how impressed we all were with this home and with Garden Island Rentals Hospitality. The Home is absolutely Beautiful and so spacious. Everything about this home was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable and great location... So quiet, Except for the Roosters of course, which you cannot avoid anywhere on the island.. Beds were very comfortable and they had all the amenities you would possibly need. The staff made everything so very easy. From begining to End, the experience was absolutely Top Notch! What can you say, when you combine this house with paradise, it doesn't get much better. This house has everything you need for your vacation and then some. Only had a few problems which were taken care of immediately. What a great time we had, would definitely recommend this place.

The property was well maintained and equipped. During the stay I contacted the management company about a faulty blind and they immediately sent a maintenance person to correct the problem.<br/>The location was quaint except an occasional golf mower.<br/>There was a heat spell during the stay and an A/C system would have been nice to cool the house.
