Kai Nui is a stylish 2,800 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 3 bath home located within the Lanai Villas section of the beautiful Poipu Kai Resort Community that was just refreshed in 2022! Located perfectly for those looking to walk to the beach or all of the other Poipu Kai amenities. While you cannot see the ocean horizon, you can certainly hear the sounds of the crashing surf in the distance, bringing a peaceful tranquility to the ambiance throughout. This home is the perfect family retreat and perfect for couples and friends vacationing together as it offers some versatile bedding configurations, including one screened in sleeping porch downstairs that allows you to enjoy the sounds and fragrances of our island tropics.

The open aired living room has windows all around creating lots of natural light and allowing for breezes to blow through to help keep things cool. The kitchen is newly remodeled and will make your meal preparations a dream. Built for privacy, the master bedroom is located upstairs and the 2 guest rooms are located on the lower level, each with their own bathrooms. Recently installed Air Conditioning for each bedroom for your enjoyment.

A short walk to the greenbelt path will lead you The Grand Hyatt Resort & Spa and Keoniloa Bay while going in the opposite direction will lead you to Brennecke’s Beach and Poipu Beach Park for some swimming, snorkeling and fun in the sun! 1 Cal King (master), 2 Kings, 1 full and 3 twins. Sleeps up to 10, inquire for details. AC is ONLY in bedrooms.

This home had everything out family of 8 needed to completely enjoy our 10 day vacation. The home is beautiful, clean, modern, and well stocked. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The lack of AC in the living area did not bother us at all. The cross breeze was enough to cool the space. The home is in a lovely quiet neighborhood with nearby walking paths. Poipu beach is a 15 minute walk, made easier with the wagon provided. The pool and tennis/pickle ball courts are a 10 minute walk through the green belt. So glad we booked this place!

What a beautiful house in a great, quiet neighborhood, surrounded by palm trees. Every morning I took a 10 minute walk to Shipwreck beach to watch the sunrise. Every afternoon, the family walked to Poipu beach to swim, snorkel, watch the sea turtles. At night, we swam in the pools and hot tubs that were placed throughout the community (key-fab access only).

Great location, easy walk to Ship Wreck Beach and Poipu Beach. House is spacious with 3 master bed rooms and nice open floor space. It was very comfortable for the 6 adults and 4 grandkids. We had a wonderful time.

Five star rental. Great location. Wonderful walking path that leads to two lovely beaches and located in a relaxing and quite neighborhood. Great assortment of beach items and wagon for easy trips to the shore. The house is large and beautifully decorated! Loved the recently remodeled bathrooms and the relaxing porches. Amazing stay - thank you!

We had a great stay at Kai Nui. The house was spacious and clean, with comfortable bedrooms and plenty of space for the seven of us. Loved being able to walk to Brennecke's and Poipu Beach (or do a short drive) for boogie boarding and snorkeling, or stroll to Shipwreck Beach to watch the sun set. The house came with a nice assortment of beach gear to borrow. Management was helpful and responsive. Great experience overall.

Kai Nui was a perfect fit for a family celebration of birthdays and Father&#x2019;s Day. All that a family would need for a week&#x2019;s stay or more was provided in this beautiful and comfortable setting.<br/>Proximity to beaches, walking paths, shopping and restaurants made it convenient for all of us. This is a large home in a lovely quiet neighbourhood, close to Shipwreck and Brenneke's beach. A double garage and parking in the driveway. 3 bedrooms plus an enclosed porch with bunks, 3 beautifully updated bathrooms,4 lanais, an outdoor shower for those sandy days, washer, dryer, bikes, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, a wagon, snorkel equipment and beach toys. The living room is spacious and well ventilated, the bedrooms have air conditioning and the beds are super comfortable! The kitchen needs some sharp knives and some updates on the small appliances but otherwise is well equipped. We bought a knife sharpener to help. Garden Island Rentals was lovely to work with and attentive. Our family has stayed in this location twice now and would definitely rent it again if our whole family was coming. The property is clean and well maintained both inside and out. We have stayed in many different condos in Poipu over the years, and although this home is not on the ocean, it is one of the nicest places we have rented.

My family and I stayed at the absolutely gorgeous home this past week, and it was just so simply awesome. It&#x2019;s located in this lush green neighborhood that is even a joy to drive in and out of. The whole second floor is completely re-done and modern (not what the photos show), I imagine the bottom floor is soon to be redone as well. The garage is very spacious and fully stocked with boogie boards, pool noodles, snorkel gear, water shoes, beach towels, a wagon, cooler, kids beach toys. <br/>All the bedrooms have their own AC unit which is nice. The living room/lounging area doesn&#x2019;t have AC, however the large fan there seems to move air around well...AND, if you open all the windows and patio doors in the living room, this AMAZING breeze flows through and it was seriously relaxing. <br/>The home is walking distance from Shipwreck Beach, and a very short drive to Poipu Beach, shops, restaurants, coffee, etc.<br/>The property managers were great and responsive. <br/>You will definitely not regret your stay here...dreaming of when we can stay here again!

The house was in perfect condition. The location is easily walkable (<10 minutes) to both the Hyatt and Shipwreck beach and Poipu Beach. There is a ton of green space to walk around and a community pool.

What a fantastic house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Kai Nui! The house has everything you could need for a fantastic week in Poipu - bikes, snorkeling equipment, beach chairs, towels, just to name a few. The house's location and layout are tremendous, with all the beach gear you need in the garage and a short walk to the beaches. But the multiple lanais were truly a game changer... we will be back at this location in the near future!

Our family had the most incredible vacation ever! The Kai Nui was beautiful and a perfect location! We loved having the lanai's where we spent time visiting and relaxing. A huge bathroom for each of the three bedrooms was a nice luxury. A fully stocked kitchen was great for keeping meal costs reasonable. We had breakfasts at the house,and made picnic lunches for many of the days. However, you need to eat out some meals because there are amazing restaurants, and food trucks with delicious meals. Be sure to check out Puka Dog by the beach! The grandsons loved Brennecke Beach and spent hours boogie boarding. We also spent a lot of time snorkeling as a family. Our favorite was Lawai Beach. Some of the beaches are within walking distance, and the Greenway is perfect for walking to them. The home was so well equipped for everything! ALL of our beach equipment was provided and so appreciated. We did rent some snorkel equipment, because we needed some different sizes, it was very reasonable. Clean, safe, excellent location, everything we could want in a rental home. Thank you for helping us make such precious family memories and sharing your home!

This house was very comfortable and appeared to be newly renovated. Many amenities such as beach chairs, umbrella, snorkeling equipment and bicycles. Has a nice Hawaiian feel and the terraces are very pleasant. Would definitely stay here again. Looks and feels much better than the photos. Property management was very nice and responsive. We felt truly welcomed by them.

There was a small problem at the beginning of our stay but management resolved it quickly. After that it was a great place to stay near the beach. Very well maintained, would recommend to my family and friends.

Had an amazing week on the south side perfectly situated between Shipwreck Beach, and Poipu Beach, walking distance to both beaches, loved the bikes. The house came well stocked with everything you need for the week.

Our stay at Kai Nui was fantastic. Great property in a very convenient location. Comfortable, clean and very functional. Thoughtfully furnished with plenty of kitchen, linen and beach fun supplies. Management company was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be staying there again!

The house was nicely set up for a larger family group. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes/utensils/etc.<br/>Would have been nice to have salt and pepper, but everything else worked out nicely.<br/>Very close to the Grand Hyatt and easy walk to great kid friendly beach

We really enjoyed our ten day stay at Kai Nui. It was a great spot for families with children. We did need to rent a fence for the top of the stairs because we had two one-year old children, but otherwise it was quite kid-friendly. We would recommend this place!
